Get Started with Nulu Business 🚀

Welcome to Nulu AI! This guide will help you set up your Nulu Business account and activate your chatbot to enhance your business communications.

Register on Nulu and Activate Your Chatbot

Step 1: Register on Nulu

  1. Open your browser and visit the Nulu Business website (opens in a new tab).

  2. In the main menu, select Apps.

  3. Click on Business Chat from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Get Started and then Register for Free.

  5. Enter your personal information and create an account.

    Congratulations! You have successfully registered on Nulu Business.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

  1. Go to the Profile option in the side menu.

  2. Click Verify next to your email address.

  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

    Your account is now verified.

Step 3: Sync Your Nulu Business Account with Social Media

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Messenger.

  2. Click Sync to link your Facebook and Instagram accounts.

  3. Choose the Facebook page you want to sync and authorize the connection.

    Note: Ensure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are configured with your Meta Business account.

Step 4: Activate Your Chatbot

  1. In the settings menu, select Nulu AI > Conversational Bot.
  2. Choose All Questions for the chatbot mode.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Step 5: Test Your Chatbot

  1. Send a message to your Facebook page and observe the chatbot's response.

  2. Repeat the process on Instagram.

    Your chatbot is now active on both platforms!

Centralized Inbox 📥

Manage all your user conversations from one place with the centralized inbox. Access this feature from the Nulu AI dashboard to:

  • Respond to users across Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and your website.
  • Intervene in conversations as needed.
  • Set up automatic response rules.

This ensures complete control over your interactions, allowing you to pause or stop the chatbot's automatic responses when necessary.
