Instagram Sync

To link Instagram to your Nulu Business, follow these steps:

Step 1: Add Instagram to Your Facebook Page

1. Go to the Settings area of your Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/YOUR-PAGE-SLUG/settings/ (opens in a new tab)
2. Navigate to Left Menu > Instagram.
3. Click Connect account and complete the setup.

Step 2: Sync Messenger with Nulu Business

1. Go to:

Settings > Messenger > Messenger and Instagram configurations

2. Complete the synchronization process.

Note: Only new messages will be synchronized; old messages will not be imported.

You're done! Your Instagram account is now linked to Nulu Business.
