Telegram Sync

To synchronize your Telegram bot with Nulu Business, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the admin area of Nulu Business.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Telegram.

Step 1: Create or Access Your Telegram Bot

For Existing Bots

  1. Go to https://t.me/botfather (opens in a new tab) and type the command /mybots.
  2. Open your bot and click API token.

For New Bots

  1. Go to https://t.me/botfather (opens in a new tab) and type the command /newbot.
  2. The BotFather will ask you for a name and username. Enter the required information to generate the authentication token.
  3. For more details, visit https://core.telegram.org/bots (opens in a new tab).

Step 2: Enter the Token

  1. Copy the token generated by BotFather.
  2. Paste the token into:
Settings > Telegram > Token
  1. Click Synchronize now.

Note: Your website must use HTTPS (SSL certificate). HTTP is not supported.

Step 3: Completion

You're done! All messages sent to your Telegram bot will appear in the conversation admin area of Nulu Business.
