Link Facebook Page to Nulu Business

To link your Facebook page and Nulu Business, follow these steps:

Step 1: Sync Messenger with Nulu Business

Choose at least 1 Facebook page and enter the returned information in:

Settings > Messenger > Sync now > Facebook pages

Step 2: Complete the Synchronization

Complete the synchronization process.

Outcome

You're done! All messages sent to the Facebook pages and Instagram accounts you selected will appear in the conversation admin area of Nulu Business.

Note: Only new messages will be synchronized, old messages will not be imported.
